Our Team

The team is small but fierce, with a strong commitment to the organization and its visions. Being part of the BLCC team means promoting horizontal practices every day in every action, respecting diversity, recognizing above all the dignity of people with their rights. 

Although the central core has remained Judith and Daniel, with their experience, vision and tenacity to carry out a project of these characteristics with the help of people on the move, the small team has been expanding with the most diverse components, such as the great administrative and community work capacity of Mariana and the huge heart and diverse skills of Andrea, with the same commitment to social justice and respect for dignity. 

There are also many volunteers who cross the BLCC space, believing in its work, and who leave a part of themselves contributing to the growth of the organization and its mission.
